A-Z Investment Management LLC was formed in 2011 by a group of underwriters and portfolio managers who believed borrowers deserved clearer math. What started as a single office in Ohio now serves families and business owners in 42 states.

We fund residential mortgages, commercial real estate, small business term loans, and personal installment financing. Because we underwrite in-house and hold a portion of our production on balance sheet, we can look at the full picture of a file — self employment income, seasonal revenue, or a credit event three years back — instead of declining on a single number.

Our team of 84 employees includes licensed loan officers, processors, and closers who stay with your file from application through funding. You will always know the name and direct line of the person handling your loan.
